1. Importing all kinds of machine, epuiments, material and accessories for shipbuilding and civil industry . Sole Agent in Viet nam for foreign Manufacturers or Suppliers.

2. New Shipbuilding up to 12,500 DWT ; Ship repairing on floating Dock up to 25,000 DWT.

3. Repairing all kinds of crane, cargo gear and cleaning tanker.

4. Marine services, shipchandler and supplier.

5. Sea - Land transportation, shipbroker and forwarder, shipagent.

6. Trading - Import - Export all kinds of goods.

7. Buoy and port operation, stevedoring, tally and tugboats.

8. Training technical workers for shipbuilding and other industry.

3. Slipway system for shipbuilding up to 10.000 tons DWT.

6. Hull and mechanical workshops :
   Equipped with full of mordern machines, equiments and tools available for shipbuilding and shiprepairing

7. Cranes with lifting capacity from 5 tons to 150 tons.

8. Tugboat, motor boat and other floating means for tuggage, transportation, stevedoring at quay and mooring buoy.
